GHCOF requires you agree to the rules below to participate in the Duck, Goose & Teal Hunting Seasons sponsored by GHCOF.

1. GHCOF is not responsible for the results of your hunt. Once purchased hunts are non-refundable.
    

2. Booking your hunt is done through the GHCOF booking system by e-mailing or calling Jimmy Hassell no later than three days in advance of the hunt. E-Mail: jimmyhassell@ghcof.org Office: 281-788-8435
    

3. Your child up to college age can hunt with you at no charge with a cap of three children.
    

4. You May Book a Hunt As Many Times As You Like Monday-Thursday. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday You Can Only Book One Of Those Days
    

   1. When Booking The Hunt:

      1. Report the day or days you will hunt

      2. The names of GHCOF members you are hunting with

      3. The name of the guest you are hunting with

      4. If you have booked a guide

      5. Leave a call back phone number
          

5. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail with in 24 hours you will need to call GHCOF. Cell: 281-788-8435 
    

6. It is mandatory for GHCOF/Third Coast members and guests to sign GHCOF/Third Coast releases before being allowed to hunt. You only have to do this one time. (when you submit your agreement to these rules you will be taken to the liability form)
    

7. Each member of GHCOF/Third Coast may bring 1guest. The Guest Fee Is $50.00 Per Guest Paid To Third Coast On Arrival Of The Hunt. There Is No Guest Fee For Kids 18 Years And Under.
    

8. Guided hunts are to be booked three days in advance by calling Third Coast and booking a guide. Guide fee is $50.00 per person, per hunt to be paid to Third Coast at the time of morning sign-up. If a Guide is booked and the hunter (member or guest) does not show up with out   giving a 24 hour cancellation notice by calling Third Coast the  hunter will be liable for the $50.00 guide fee and will not be able to hunt the  remainder of the season until it is paid to the guide. Note: You still need to book through the GHCOF booking system by e-mail if you book a guide so that we will  not exceed our allowed number of hunters per day.
    

9. The $50.00 guest fee does not include the $50.00 guide fee. If you book a guide and bring a guest you pay both the guide fee and guest fee, which is $100.00 per person per hunt.

Behavior Rules For Members and Guest: If any of these rules are broken, your membership on  and Third Coast properties will be automatically terminated without a refund.

1. Absolutely no alcohol, drugs or tobacco before, during or after the hunt while on Third Coast properties.
    

2. Absolutely no profanity is allowed on any Third Coast properties.
    

3. No hunting on any properties not authorized by Third Coast.
    

4. No harvesting of any game out of season mandated by the Texas Parks and Wildlife rules.
    

5. No over limit harvesting mandated by the Texas Parks and Wildlife rules.
    

6. No harvesting of any game other than waterfowl while hunting on Third Coast properties.
    

7. Any Third Coast properties that are damaged or destroyed must be paid for by repair or replacement.
